Answer repeat questions
Give customers useful, consistent responses after hours without pretending a bot knows everything.
Practical AI for service businesses
Colevity turns FAQs, policies, and internal know-how into a citation-backed assistant for customers and staff—without a six-month software project or a mystery-box rollout.

A working RAG demo
Choose a sample knowledge base, ask a real question, and inspect the sources used. No API key is required for this demo.
Try a question
For adults evaluating the demo. AI may compose answers from fictional sample documents. Do not enter names or details about children, health, accounts, payments, or passwords. Fifteen questions per browser every 24 hours. Privacy details
Your test answer will appear here. Anonymous tests use local retrieval only; pasted text is processed in request memory and is not added to the demo knowledge base.
A small system with a clear job
Important knowledge is usually scattered across web pages, PDFs, inboxes, and one experienced person's head. Colevity makes that knowledge searchable in plain language.
Show me what this could answerGive customers useful, consistent responses after hours without pretending a bot knows everything.
Collect the problem, timeline, and contact details before a person steps in.
Help staff locate policies and procedures without searching five folders or asking around.
Use unanswered questions to improve documentation, content, and service delivery every month.
How it works
Technical enough to be dependable. Simple enough that your team can actually maintain it.
We pick a high-frequency workflow with measurable value—not “add AI everywhere.”
30-minute working sessionWe clean, chunk, and index the pages, documents, and policies the assistant may use.
Source map + test questionsWe connect the interface, add guardrails and handoff, then review real questions monthly.
Working assistant + scorecardEvery build includes
No mystery box
Each engagement includes a source map, evaluation questions, configuration notes, and a handoff guide. Your content stays yours. Provider credentials remain in your account when possible.

Plain answers
No system can guarantee perfection, so the assistant is designed to retrieve from approved sources, show citations, and clearly decline when evidence is weak. We test this behavior before launch and review failures monthly.
No. The source audit is part of setup. We identify conflicts, gaps, stale pages, and questions that need a human decision before they become assistant answers.
Yes, but private knowledge needs appropriate access controls and is scoped separately. The public pilot only uses content you explicitly provide for the preview.
The retrieval layer is provider-neutral. We choose a suitable model based on privacy, quality, latency, and cost, and document the configuration so the system is portable.
Allowed sample-demo questions and relevant fictional source passages may be sent to OpenAI to compose an answer. A local guard blocks likely child, health, account, payment, authentication, and self-disclosed-minor details before retrieval or provider access; simple contact details are removed when the remaining question is clearly general. Anonymous paste-and-test requests remain retrieval-only. The server does not log full questions or pasted sources. A signed, non-personal cookie and one-way network identifier enforce short-lived abuse limits; no browser fingerprinting is used.
Monthly service stops at the end of the billing period. Your source content remains yours, and the Managed plan includes an export of configuration notes and evaluation questions.
